PAYMENT SCHEDULE

$50 is due as a deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due immediately on the day of services.* Deposits can be made in cash, PayPal, Cash App, or Apple Pay - personal checks will not be accepted. All deposits are non-refundable.

 

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT

The client shall inform the makeup artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. The makeup artist cannot be held liable for any losses that are incurred due to the client’s failure to inform them of any known condition.

The makeup artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members the party for, but not limited to, abusive and threatening behaviour.

 

covid-19 Safety

Before any service may be performed, The client shall agree to the following:

To thoroughly wash hands and face at least 10 minutes prior to appointment time.

To agree to verbally inform the makeup artist if I feel like I need to sneeze, cough, or blow nose to provide ample notification for the makeup artist to temporarily prepare for appropriate and safe distancing.

To cancel/reschedule my appointment within 24 hours if I am not feeling well for any reason, or if I have been exposed to anyone that has tested positive to the coronavirus in the past 14 days, or if I have any reason to believe that I have or have had the coronavirus within the last 14 days.

To check my temperature prior to arriving to the appointment(and possibly upon arrival) and allow the cancellation/rescheduling of my appointment if my temperature is over 99.0 degrees.

To wear PPE to include a mask if asked to do so.

To agree to any and all charges that are charged by The Image Concierge, LLC for failing to sign this waiver or failing to timely cancel/reschedule my appointment or for any no calls/no shows.

To agree to waive and not pursue any claim against The Image Concierge, LLC should I experience any coronavirus symptoms or test positive for coronavirus after receiving service from the makeup artist.

 

IF YOU CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR BOOKING

All contact, whether it be general inquiries or changes to a booking, must be from the client or original appointment-holder only. Changes to your booking by adding another person onto your original booking can only be accepted if time/resources allow on the day of service(s). All payments are the responsibility of the client. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking completely, you will forfeit any deposit made. Should no payment be received after services are rendered, we will proceed with legal action to recover losses.

 

IF We CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR BOOKING

(This has NEVER happened to date!)

In the highly unlikely event of cancellation by the makeup artist, as much advance notice possible will be given to the client and every effort will be taken to find a replacement artist.  We will provide any trial photos along with products listed, to the replacement, so that the initial look can be achieved as accurately as possible. If no replacement can be found, all monies paid in advance by the client will be refunded, including trial payment and/or deposit.

 

SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Location of service for the day of the event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the makeup artist needs to complete the makeup application(s). A ‘setup’ table/work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist at said location. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. A barstool/chair is requested, and plug sockets for any additional unforeseen equipment.

 

IN THE EVENT OF DELAYS EXPERIENCED ON THE DAY of service

If we experience unforeseen delays which are out of our control, refunds will not be given in the event that one or more services are forfeited as a result and no compensation will be offered if we overrun. If you are aware of factors, which could delay or hinder our journey, such as diversions, road closures, speed restrictions, etc. please advise us as soon as possible so we can factor this into our route. No refund or compensation will be offered for delays caused by other vendors, guests, or members of the clientele.

Additionally, there is a $100 per hour fee for delays on behalf of the client when The Image Concierge is present and ready to work at the agreed upon starting time of services to be rendered.

 

PRODUCTS USED

The Image Concierge uses only premium, high-quality skincare, and cosmetic brands such as Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel, MAC, Dior, Bobbi Brown, Urban Decay and more. Cosmetics and products from these brands are designed to look exceptional to the eye and, crucially, to the camera as well. These products are also chosen to ensure that your makeup lasts all day and into the night.

 

EARLY MORNING FEES (PER ARTIST)

An Early Morning fee of $50 will apply for an arrival time of 7:00 am or earlier.

 

TRAVEL EXPENSES

A flat fee of $50 is required for any appointments made outside of our standard service area to cover fuel and parking.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

It is imperative that we continue to update our portfolio and demonstrate our work to future prospective clients and brides especially. The client agrees that the makeup artist may use any photography (Taken by the makeup artist) for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artist/ hair stylist’s website and social media pages. You may or may not be named or tagged in any such image on social networking sites, but are welcome to tag yourself.
